Staffordshire University is seeking to appoint an experienced and highly motivated individual to this key role.  Located in the Registry, you will lead the management, development and enhancement of the student information system (SITS:Vision/e Vision) as part of an institutional wide project. This is an exciting time to join the University with rapid progress in delivering excellent support and experience to our students.

You will be required to work strategically and collaboratively across the university to ensure an integrated approach to the planning, development, delivery and management of the student information system and user support. You will work in partnership with the University’s Digital Services and corporate system owners to ensure integrated, effective and efficient development and implementation of systems and processes supporting the management of the University and the student experience.  In partnership with the Student and Course leads you will ensure that SITS is configured to both support the operation of student processes and enhance data quality so that it meets the needs of the institution and external agencies.

Educated at degree level, you will have relevant experience in a similar role, including project management and dealing with complex process change.  You will have authoritative knowledge of student information systems and an understanding of the broader areas and issues for the effective management of these systems.  You will have the ability to think strategically; take a lead in the development and improvement of systems and processes; have strong interpersonal skills and a determination to make a positive impact in this critical role.
