We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Admissions and Applicant Services team to work within the Undergraduate Admissions and Enquiries team in the role of Admissions Enquiries Administrator. The role is based within a highly experienced team of colleagues and will be at the forefront to provide first line responses to our current and future applicants.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a highly motivated team that is dedicated to meeting the changing needs of applicants seeking a place at the University of Hull.  We are looking for a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who can deliver outstanding customer service, and can adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment. 

The post holder will also be expected to contribute to the development of the Service through the review of existing working practices, systems and processes while making recommendations for improvements.  

We are looking for an experienced customer focused administrator with strong IT skills who proactively prioritises workloads of others and their own, can work on their own initiative as well as be a member of a highly motivated team. 

The role is full-time; however, some flexibility to work out of hours or at weekends to support open days, peak periods of application processing or other ad hoc recruitment activities is needed in order to support business need and provide an excellent customer experience.
