Admissions Assistant (PERM-437-2020)

We are seeking to appoint an Admissions Assistant to join our busy Admissions Team. This team are responsible for the processing of applications from initial receipt through screening and interview to offer making to ensure high quality undergraduate, postgraduate and international students to Bishop Grosseteste University whilst ensuring accuracy, quality and high standards are maintained.

As a graduate (or equivalent), you will ideally have experience of the Higher Education sector along with a working knowledge of the UCAS application process. You will have excellent organisation, planning, communication and interpersonal skills with a keen eye for detail.

Specific duties of the role include: delivering a first-class service for all the University’s applicants; acting as the first point of contact for applicants, providing advice on course options and entry requirements and ensuring the smooth running of interview days.
