We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Cleaners to work across our local University sites carrying out general cleaning duties within frequently used areas to include offices, corridors, toilets, stairwells and student accommodation. Candidates will be expected to provide excellent customer service whilst maintaining high standards of cleaning at all times. The post holders will move between University Buildings which will include a wide range of teaching facilities and student Halls of Residence’s. Previous cleaning experience gained within a similar environment and excellent customer skills are essential for these posts. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is desirable. Full training will be given.
Hours of work are 17.5 hours per week, worked 5 days out of 7 to be arranged, mainly Monday to Friday between 11.00am and 3.00pm. Flexibility will be required. These posts will be offered on a permanent contract. Further details about these positions can be found on the attached job role profile.
