Description :

“The University of Lincoln is a great place to work; it's forward thinking and very supportive of its people.” Sabah Holmes, Race Equality Charter Officer.

Now is a truly exciting time to join our dynamic and forward-looking institution; we represent a new breed of university, a fast-growing, gold-rated university where staff and students work collaboratively and create world-changing knowledge and research. We offer our staff simply a life changing opportunity.

We are seeking to recruit a part-time PA/Senior Administrator in the School of Design.  As part of the College of Arts Professional Services team you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to the Head of School and Senior School Team.  The PA/Senior Administrator is the first point of contact for people seeking to contact the Head and can often answer or signpost queries allowing the Head to prioritise work and focus on the management and strategic development of the School.  The postholder will manage the diary of the Head to ensure time is used most effectively and smoothly and will work closely with the Deputy Head when the Head is unavailable.

This role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised individual with excellent communications skills.

The closing date given is a guide. We reserve the right to close the post early once we have received a sufficient number of applications, so we advise you to submit your application early to prevent disappointment.

This position does not fulfil the UK Visas & Immigration sponsorship criteria for Tier 2.
