About You

With experience of working in a busy customer facing service industry and delivering excellent customer service, you will have excellent communication skills with a willingness to help customer and fellow members of staff. You will have experience of working effectively within and supervising a team within a leisure based environment, with the ability to act as a positive role model to others, displaying empathy to the needs of students, staff and external customers. 

To be successful, you must be flexible in your approach to work and be able to follow set procedures and structure workloads. A National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is also essential. 

About the Role

In this role you will assist the Duty Manager in ensuring that each shift runs efficiently and effectively. You will ensure that facilities are prepared and available for usage and that facilities are in a safe condition for use. You will provide excellent customer service at the front of house on a shift basis through all opening hours including some evenings and weekends.
