An exciting opportunity has arisen in our fast-paced new Campus Services department, for an experienced and proficient front desk executive professional to work as part of a team providing customer service driven and detailed support to the department.

As a member of the front of house team, you will be required to provide a full and comprehensive customer-focused reception for the University of Surrey across two sites – at Manor Park and at Stag Hill.

You will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, guests and other customers, ensuring they are provided with a positive first impression of the service and answering all enquiries in a polite and professional manner.

To be successful in this role, ideally the post holder will have experience of working in a customer service environment and dealing with enquiries both on the telephone enquiries and face to face customer contact.
