Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge? Do you have a background in immunology and immunotherapy research? Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities?

As an enthusiastic, talented and motivated post-doctoral researcher (or close to completion) you will support immunology and immunotherapy research in the Samson group, with the aim of developing novel immunotherapy combinations with radiotherapy. The main focus of the radiotherapy studies are brain and liver tumours.

This role entails the immunological analysis of patient-derived samples, rationalised testing of immunotherapy-radiotherapy combinations and the development of early-phase combination clinical trials.

Your line manager will be Dr Adel Samson. The research team comprises academics with expertise in early phase clinical trials and translational immunotherapy.
