Temporary Receptionist / Telephone Operator, Facilities Service Delivery

 Working as part of a small team you will provide a customer focused professional image for the University through the provision of University House reception and the main switchboard.  You will also act as a first point of contact for the Facilities helpdesk dealing with fault reports, enquiries and any subsequent follow up.

You will deal with a range of people including staff, students and visitors as a front line service provider with the aim of ensuring customer service excellence.
