As the Technical Solutions Officer within the Assessment Team, you will support the monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of a range of technical solutions which support student administration processes, including exam resit applications and return and change of marks and awards for example. The majority of these solutions have been built using MS Power Apps and Office365 tools to deliver a more streamlined and efficient service to students and staff.  

You will work with the relevant Assessment and Faculty staff and internal/external support teams to ensure that technical solutions support the smooth delivery of services and that they are compliant with information security principles and GDPR.  

You will be enthusiastic about supporting student education activity and be adaptable and flexible. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively. You will have the ability to guide and support colleagues in the development and use of technical solutions, via written and visual media as well as in person. With a strong customer focus, you will always think about how we can do better and will contribute proactively to improving our Service.
