Are you looking for a varied and rewarding role where you can demonstrate your outstanding organisational skills? We are recruiting a part-time Communications Administrator, and you could be just the person we need for this great opportunity. 

You will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administrative support to the department focused on the support of the senior managers within the Communications directorate. 

You will have:

outstanding administration skills, ensuring timeliness and accuracy at all times. a comprehensive understanding of cloud-based tools such as 365 or similar.extensive experience in diary management, co-coordinating meetings and filtering enquiries.  experience in responding quickly to situations, taking ownership in identifying and resolving issues. excellent people skills and experience at being a team-player.

The role is 8 hours per week, split between a Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am - 14:00 pm. The Communications Team has adopted hybrid working, however due to the nature of the role you will be expected to work in the office for all of your working week. Due to the nature of the role we are unable to accommodate student applicants.
