About the role 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and friendly team that provides support for regulated placements undertaken by students on University of Staffordshire’s professional courses. This is a broad ranging administrative support role where the responsibilities will range from the co-ordination of occupational health requirements, uniform ordering and delivery, processing payments and expense claims to liaising with our stakeholders including placement providers.

It is an exciting time at the University of Staffordshire, whereby the focus is on streamlining processes and harnessing new technology to maximise the performance and service delivery of the team.  You will be able to contribute towards shaping the new way of working within the Regulated Placements Team and the wider Employability and Graduate Outcomes team.

You will have knowledge and experience of working in a busy office environment with a willingness to learn different systems and processes as well as handling competing priorities.  Your attention to detail, excellent IT skills and experience of delivering exceptional customer service to stakeholders will ensure that you can achieve with impact and thrive within this role.

Main Responsibilities 

 The main responsibilities for our Regulated Placements Administrator will be to:

-  Maintain accurate records relating to student placements

-  Provide effective administration support for student placement requirements, including occupational health and uniforms

-  Monitor regulated placement office enquiries from all stakeholders

-  Process payments including purchase orders, invoices and expense claims
