We are seeking a computing specialist who can contribute to the development and delivery of our courses using a range of teaching methods and ways of supporting student learning. In particular, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the Computing Division’s courses in user experience design. A PhD or extensive professional experience is essential for the role as well as the potential to develop quality research and enterprise activity in computing. The ideal candidate will therefore be capable of delivering a high quality student experience and have a strong commitment to advancing existing research areas in the School. 

The School of Computing, Engineering and Mathematics is a large and successful school that is committed to delivering high quality teaching, internationally excellent research and working with industry. The School has a strong track record of securing grants from research councils, the European Union, government-backed bodies like Innovate UK and industry. We offer a range of postgraduate and undergraduate courses across a range of subject disciplines: computing, digital media, mathematical sciences and mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering.
