Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, you will lead the delivery of the financial strategy across the University in line with the 2020 vision, driving strong and consistent financial planning and decision making whilst providing support and challenge in support of plans.  Leading the thinking and development of effective and appropriate financial models, you will be a transformative influence, promoting greater commercial awareness throughout the institution and commitment to delivering best value from investment.

A qualified Accountant with substantial post-qualification experience, you will be a strategic and engaging financial leader with a track record of having established strong and supportive relationships with key business stakeholders to embed industry leading financial models and frameworks that enable organisations to achieve desired outcomes.  An accomplished leader of sizable finance teams, you will bring energy, commitment and an infectious appetite for continuous improvement along with the ability to establish motivated, high performance teams and partnerships.
