Development Officer (N1422)

This is an exciting time to join Lancaster’s fundraising team, as we seek to increase financial support for both our students and our transformational programmes of research. You will be a dynamic, confident and motivated individual, keen to take responsibility for developing the Major Gift pipeline and the New Annual Fund (College focused campaign). 

With excellent communication and interpersonal skills, your main responsibilities will include: managing all stages of direct marketing campaigns, ongoing strategic management of the prospect database (Raisers Edge); creation and coordination of all new fundraising marketing material for both the Major Gifts and Annual Fund campaigns; and the provision of general support for the new College-focused Annual Fund, the telephone campaigns and community fundraising activities.

A proven track record of success in a previous fundraising role is an advantage.

This role involves some evening and weekend work and is full-time/fixed term until 6 December 2019.
