Student and Academic Services invite applications for the vacancy of Student Administration Assistant/Receptionist based in the School of Art.

You will work as part of the Faculty’s Student and Academic Services team to provide administrative assistance for the Student Office Reception at Winchester School of Art. This will include dealing with day to day student enquiries, the organisation of the reception area and student information boards and creation of student letters. The post will also involve working in collaboration with the University’s Student Services as part of the Satellite Student Administration team.

You will have excellent communication skills, be well-organised with the ability to multi-task and to work well as part of a team. You will be able to work independently with close attention to detail and ideally have customer service experience.

You must also be a competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Experience of working or studying within a Higher Education environment will be an advantage.
