About You

With a flexible and enthusiastic attitude, you will quickly become a key member of our friendly team. You will have previous experience of working on a busy reception or helpdesk liaising with members of the public, handling cash and working as a team member along with excellent communication skills and a good level of IT knowledge.

About the Role

Edge Hill Sport has an outstanding reputation for the quality of facilities and the wide range of activities available and is looking to recruit individuals with a positive attitude who will add to this environment and develop excellence in their role.

Working as part of the front line Customer Service Team, you will have a specific role to play as the first point of contact for many of the centre's users in both an administrative and service capacity, dealing with customer queries, answering the telephone and other administrative duties. 

This is an excellent opportunity for your customer care skills to shine as you act as the first point of contact for customers in a busy and highly successful sports facility.
