Description :

The Psychology Department at the University of Bath wishes to recruit a CBT Therapist (Clinical Psychologist or other Mental health profession) to work on a research project treating persistent physical symptoms in General Practice funded by The Health Foundation.

The person appointed will join a team of researchers at the University (Including Professor Paul Salkovskis and Dr James Gregory) and the "Lets Talk" IAPT service based in the 2gether Trust. The person appointed will be based at the University of Bath and conducting Clinical work and data collection in Stroud/Berkeley Vale general practices. The treatment development project is linked to other research work on the identification and treatment of Persistent Physical Symptoms. BABCP Accreditation would be an advantage.

This is a full time, fixed term post with an expected end date of 30/04/2018.

The successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS check.
