Based in the International Office and as a member of the newly formed Global Experiences team, you will have a key role in developing projects and events that enable Lancaster students to benefit from a global experience.

You will also organise and deliver the Summer School for students from Lancaster University’s partners in India, China, Malaysia and Ghana in 2018.  In 2017, 250 students and staff participated.

You will be expected to hit the ground running, supporting existing activities and developing new initiatives to enable Lancaster students to develop their intercultural competencies and global understanding.  This role also includes travel to support the delivery of overseas programmes.

A high level of oral and written communication skills are required as well as excellent organisational ability. Experience of project and event management, interacting with people of different backgrounds and working in a dynamic office environment are essential. 

This is a full time, fixed term post to cover secondment until 8 July 2018.
