Are you interested in using and growing your developer skills in an innovative clinical research environment?Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a desire to be part of an Information Systems team delivering high quality regulatory compliant IT services to support complex research?

LICTR has a national and international reputation for conducting complex, large clinical trials, which address issues of high importance to the NHS; specialising in cancer, mental health, stroke, obesity, older people, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disease, oral health and skin. 

As a Developer you will join the build team within the Information Systems section of the trials unit. Using a combination of configurable systems and development tools you will be part of the team delivering and supporting services underpinning one of the country’s largest clinical trials units. Working under the guidance of a Senior Developer you will contribute to the development of new and existing key core services used by multiple research projects.

Working in a highly regulated environment, your work as a Developer will involve extensive documentation in line with standard operating procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. Your role will also include providing support for existing services and incident management including communication with users and service specialists.
