You will be organised and flexible, possess good written and verbal communication skills and you'll have experience of university administration. You’ll also act as a point of reference for the Multiple Birth Research Team, to anyone seeking advice on processes, as well as providing administrative support to a number of formal and informal meetings. You will work with people at all levels and be expected to work autonomously, making recommendations to senior management. The Person You will need a degree level education (or equivalent experience) alongside proven administrative, IT and customer service experience within a complex environment. Experience in a student-facing role is preferable. Beyond that, your ability to act as a team player, to manage your workload and your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be what sets you apart.
