This role offers a suitably qualified and experienced candidate the opportunity to join the Vice Chancellor’s office at the University during an exciting period of change.  Working closely with and reporting to the Deputy Vice Chancellor and Registrar and Secretary, you will provide excellent PA support, and manage both diaries on a daily basis.

Candidates should be highly organised with the ability to plan, prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines. Experience of delivering comprehensive administrative support in a busy environment with a varied workload will be essential. Work will often be confidential and urgent and the postholder will be expected to use initiative and sound judgement to keep the work schedule of these senior staff on track.  It is essential that they are able to draft correspondence and other documents with accuracy, showing good presentational skills and an eye for detail.
