We have a vacancy for an experienced and self-motivated Application Analyst to help support our corporate IT systems.  You’ll also work on our project programme. We will consider candidates from a variety of application support or development backgrounds but a service management background and exposure to ITIL would be helpful. You’ll be focused on ensuring our Student Records System (SITS), Virtual Learning Environment (Moodle) and ERP systems are well managed and supported.  This means establishing and maintaining close relationships with our customers.  We use a wide range of technologies such as SharePoint, Office365 and SQL databases.  To be successful you will have strong technical and problem solving skills in a wide range of applications.  You’ll also be enthusiastic about continuous service improvement and be a strong advocate to develop our existing policies and procedures. You’ll need excellent interpersonal skills and have a good standard of written and verbal communication commensurate to this role. You will be confident in communicating at all levels and will be passionate about improving what we do.
