Lincoln Law School is seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to the position of Professor of International Business Law.

Relevant areas of research might include international commercial transactions, international arbitration, international finance, private international law, and international and EU trade law.

The appointed individual would be responsible for taking the School's research, PGR and Masters provision in international business law to the next level.  The School would be particularly interested in talking to colleagues researching the interlinkages between international business law and EU law, and the emerging opportunities and challenges for English law and jurisdiction post-Brexit.

The successful candidate would have a proven track record of internationally excellent publications, securing significant research income and an international reputation in both academic and professional networks.

The appointed individual would be expected also to contribute to the undergraduate curriculum and to support the Head of School in providing academic leadership within the School.
