Senior Project Manager (FDEST1101)

Are you a professional Project Manager looking to make a positive contribution?  Do you have the drive and ambition to contribute to the development of a world class University campus?  Do you have a building related degree in Surveying, Building Engineering or Architecture?

As a member of the Capital Development team you will be responsible for the project management of a number of key strategic capital projects. You will work alongside external consultants to deliver property solutions in accordance with relevant service level agreements, business plans and University wide procedures.

Responsible for the full life cycle of a project from the initial feasibility study through to commissioning a building, you will contribute to the formulation of policies and implement these into operational areas.  You will be able to identify, analyse and manage projects issues and risks and work pro-actively with a high level of initiative.  You will also have highly developed communication skills and strong influencing and negotiating skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
