The University's Conference Office, Southcoast Conferences, has a vacancy to support the team in growing the department revenue and reputation of the Southcoast brand which includes Varley Park Conference Centre and Event Services.
The Conference Office is responsible for letting the University’s residential accommodation and academic seminar rooms during the summer vacation. They operate a year round award winning conference centre and promote a comprehensive range of event support services (internally and externally).
We are looking for an individual who has excellent administration and communication skills and has a proven background in administration and preferably with experiences in hotel or conference event management. Applicants should have the ability to work independently, be well organised, have good communication, customer care and administration skills.
