 An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Academic Partnership Officer (Due Diligence).

The Academic Partnerships Office (APO) is responsible for managing the University’s relationships with its academic partners, both in the UK and overseas. The work of the APO underpins the University of Hull’s objective to be an internationally engaged university that forms winning partnerships, as well as being an anchor institution for the local economy and its communities.

Our dedicated team supports existing partnerships and forges new ones. Partnerships provide opportunities for students to enrol at the University of Hull to study for all or part of a programme, for student and staff mobility, for the validation of programmes, and other forms of collaborative delivery.

The office also manages partnerships with employers for the delivery of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, as well as maintaining effective relationships with local Higher Education Providers and University Technical Colleges.

We are responsible for establishing and maintaining all academic partnerships and for the efficient and effective implementation of the academic partnership approval process, from supporting initial engagement with potential partners through to implementing the outcomes of approvals process.

The post holder will support the APO by undertaking all aspects of due diligence for new and existing partnerships, assist with establishing and maintaining relationships with existing partners, maintain the APO’s database of partnerships, and monitor the effectiveness of partnerships (including both recruitment performance and academic performance). The post holder will also manage other colleagues in the maintenance of the University's partnership approval process.
