The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University has a world-wide reputation for excellence in teaching and research. The School is currently ranked 1st in the UK by the Guardian league table and 5th in the world with 5 stars for excellence by the recent QS university rankings. Our academic team has an international reputation, strong engagement with industry and a highly productive research-culture.

The School is seeking to expand further and we are now seeking to make a number of new appointments to join our vibrant and highly successful School. We are pleased to receive applications, for full or part time hours,  from strong candidates of Hospitality and Events, an in particular from individuals with expertise in Hospitality Operations and Finance only. Candidates should also demonstrate strong disciplinary backgrounds and an ability to relate their theoretical understanding to the context of hospitality, with particular focus in the areas of competitiveness, sustainability and well-being and digital and technology in hospitality.
