Last September we moved to a purpose-built new building with outstanding facilities, and we have just received the Royal title. Our already considerable international presence, with active partnerships in more than 40 countries, is projected to grow exponentially. Reporting to the Associate Principal, you will play a key role in implementing the Conservatoire’s internationalisation strategy, including the development and management of international partnerships, the recruitment of international students, and the coordination of international artistic, academic and research activities. We are looking for someone with a strong music background, understanding of international music education, and experience in managing overseas partnerships and collaborative relationships. You will be able to demonstrate excellent English language skills, a high level of cultural awareness and preferably fluency in one or more foreign languages. A graduate, with an outgoing confident and tactful approach, you will be comfortable working under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and managing competing priorities through using your own initiative. You will also be able to use your interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to engage and influence other colleagues and external partners. The role will require some international travel and attendance at concerts and events outside of normal working hours.
