Description :

You will work closely with the Market Research Manager and other marketing colleagues to deliver market insight to support decision making for colleagues across the institution with responsibility for the recruitment and conversion of prospective students. You will also provide a high level of support to the marketing team in all aspects of market research activity.

The work will span three main areas:

Student Recruitment Research: primary and secondary research into prospective student markets to inform student recruitment and conversion activityCourse Portfolio Research: detailed research into the market environment by subject and level of study, including demand trends for existing and      potential new courses, and pricing researchCommunications and Branding Research: including research into the brand image and positioning of the University, the University website and prospectuses and      other communication tools. 

You will have a good honours degree or relevant professional qualification, with a strong understanding of different market research techniques and their applications. Experience of analysing complex datasets and presenting findings clearly will enable you to communicate insight and recommendations with colleagues across the University. You  will be well organised, with the ability to manage competing demands and deliver projects within tight deadlines.
