Applicants are invited to join the Bangladesh College Education Development Project, University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus where you will have the opportunity to join a team working on a large-scale international project.  The project involves college teacher and leadership development and applicants should have successful experience, and a clear interest, in working with college teachers and/or leaders in the post-compulsory/tertiary (college) context. 

Roles include:

·         Module Leaders

·         Cohort Leaders

·         Seminar Group Leaders

·         Academic Tutors

·         Moderators for Master Trainers

·         Online Module Coordinators

·         Module Developers

·         Curriculum Developers

Applicants should have most or all of the following attributes:

·         A Ph.D. in education or equivalent

·         Teaching experience in an educational context, preferably in post-compulsory/tertiary education

·         Leadership experience in an educational context, preferably in post-compulsory/tertiary education

·         Experience of working with international students

·         Experience of working with high profile participants

·         Experience of working on NGO-funded projects.

·         Experience in working with blended and online programmes

·         Enjoy working in teams

·         Willing to travel abroad if the need arises
