Chef de Partie (part time) (NHE357817)

The Halls of Residence on University Park cater for students and wide range of other visitors on a daily basis. We are looking for enthusiastic Chef de Partie's to prepare and cook a variety of products at either breakfast or lunch with the opportunity to work and develop skills on the evening meal or special events. You will also be required to complete Food Safety documentation, clean equipment and work with other Chefs to provide ideas for product improvement.

Candidates should either be qualified to NVQ 2 in food preparation or equivalent or have some experience of working in a similar role. You should also be able to demonstrate good cooking skills and be customer focused.

Hours of work are 15 per week, worked mainly Monday to Friday between 7.00am and 10.00am. Some flexibility will be required.

These posts will be offered on a permanent basis for 52 weeks of the year.
