About You

With excellent organisation, planning and prioritising skills you will have experience of providing advice on complex administrative procedures and an understanding of issues relating to Assessment & Awards administration.

An ability to pay close attention to detail is important along with an adaptability and ability to work with stamina under pressure will enable you to succeed in this team.

About the Role

You will be based in Academic Registry, a central support service that serves to provide high quality administrative systems to facilitate the student journey from enrolment through to award conferral.

You will primarily be involved in the organisation and timetabling of the University's central examinations and will act as the senior administrative officer for one of the three Faculties (currently the Faculty of Education) in relation to the operation of Award and Progression Boards, including the tracking of student assessments. You will also play a key role in assessment and awards related developments to the University’s student record system.

This is a varied role and you will need to be an experienced administrator, self-motivated, highly organised, be able to work effectively under pressure and have the ability to work independently to deliver high service standards.
