Student Voice Manager

Grade 7 - £27,668 per annum

HUU is a unique environment - we are a charity with a great team made up of permanent staff supporting our student staff and volunteers to provide our members (the students of the University of Hull) with opportunities to create change, gain new skills and experiences, access help and support, make friends, earn a crust, explore a new city (the City of Culture for 2017!) and most importantly – have a great time!

HUU is run by students who have been elected by their fellow students. These Student Officers listen to the problems students face individually or as groups and campaign for improvements – their aim is to ensure students studying at the University of Hull gain valuable life skills as well as the best education possible. Over the last 2 years HUU has significantly increased resource to support the development and delivery of student voice activities in line with the organisation’s strategic plan and this is an exciting time to join the organisation. As our Student Voice Manager you should have significant previous experience in a representational / democratic environment and experience in a service delivery or project management role.
