Working closely with members of the HR Operations team, you will provide high levels of support to teams both within Human Resources and across the University as a whole. 

Using excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; your key responsibilities are to support the continued use and development of the HR System, maintaining accurate data and using your skills to interpret and resolve a variety of queries.

You should enjoy working to challenging deadlines, using your initiative and possess the ability to establish and develop excellent working relationships with all levels of staff across the University.

An aptitude for problem solving and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines is essential, as is the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.

The team you will be joining has a strong customer focus and you should bring a proactive and optimistic attitude.  Excellent time management, customer service skills and high levels of attention to detail are essential elements of this role.

Your professional development will be enhanced by time-release and full funding to undertake a recognised HR or other work related qualification as part of the University’s commitment to Apprenticeships.
