If so, this could be the next step in your career as you play a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and development of Lancaster University’s Student Information System, LUSI. LUSI is the University’s largest business system, supporting all aspects of the student journey from recruitment and admissions through to graduation, with 1500 users and global reach through our collaborative partnerships in the UK and overseas.

You will be working as part of the user facing LUSI Business team within the Student Registry, operating within a wider Agile/Scrum development team. Responsibilities include: 

Providing excellent customer support, actively supporting our user community

Designing, creating, and maintaining self-help content and resources

Communicating and collaborating effectively with our user base and stakeholders, fostering a close relationship with the development team

Working with development teams to help clarify requirements, resolve issues arising during development and test features
