About You

You will be creative and innovative in your approach to teaching and learning, this combined with your teaching experience in Higher Education (other evidence of the ability to be an effective teacher at this level), will enable you to succeed.

You will be able to act as a role model, must be flexible and responsive to changing needs with a professional approach to work. A good relevant honours degree and higher-level qualifications (or satisfactory progress towards) are essential.

About the Role

You will be involved in the delivery of modules within the new Creative Performance degree. The post will demand innovative approaches to the teaching of a variety of disciplines across the Creative Performance programme (i.e. devising, physical theatre, visual theatre etc.) a committed attitude to student support and a requirement to engage in research or creative practice. 

We would welcome candidates with an expertise in comedy, clowning, popular performance and circus.
