Counter Assistant (AHCLC1043)

We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to play an important role in providing high quality front line support to users of our Language Zone facility, a language learning resource centre open to all students and staff of the University. You will assist users in using the Language Zone and its services, as well as providing general language learning advice recommendations as required.

You will be a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to follow detailed procedures accurately. You will be able to establish and maintain good working relationships at all levels and with individuals from different backgrounds and cultures.

The following working hours will need to be covered:

University term time (27 weeks): 

Monday:8.45am –12.15pm

Tuesday - Thursday:4.45pm – 8.15 pm

Saturday: 10.45am – 5.15pm

University outside term time (24 weeks):

Wednesday:9am – 5pm
