An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced executive administrator to provide support and administrative duties in our Vice Chancellor and Chief Operating Officer’s Offices. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be an organised and articulate individual with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Executive Office Assistant Responsibilities:

Arranging and supporting meetings - booking of rooms, travel and accommodation, preparation of documents and follow up Minute taking Building strong relationships throughout the company and excellent communication skills Diary management Holiday cover for the EAs to the VC and COO Events planning

Executive Assistant Requirements:

Previous experience as an Executive Administrator or PA Strong understanding of Office Suite - Outlook and Word, with knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel Professional, articulate and organised

The work is highly confidential, varied and at times unpredictable and as such the role requires someone with strong emotional intelligence and communication skills who is an excellent planner and organiser. The unpredictable nature of the work means that at times there are significant peaks in workload, so an ability to keep calm and effective when working under pressure to tight deadlines will be important. Comfortable working with a high degree of independence, you will also have well developed analytical and numeracy skills. You will be required to service high level committees and meetings, so sound grammar and proven written skills, with an ability to ensure accuracy in all communications will also be key attributes.
