Do you have a sharp attention to detail to provide effective secretarial support to an NIHR funded collaborative research programme? Are you an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and coordination skills? Would you like to assist in managing the research sites in the community?

The School of Dentistry is seeking an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication and coordination skills who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to provide senior secretarial support for an NIHR funded collaborative research programme- ALABAMA. You will be involved in supporting the planning and organisation of local and national meetings and play a key role in disseminating information to stakeholders. 

The collaboration is a unique network of translational researchers crossing academic teams from the Universities of Leeds and Oxford, approximately 70 general medical practices across West Yorkshire, a specialist immunology/allergy service at Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust and a non for profit UK based IT company, TPP that provides world class healthcare software to general practices. 


You will have previous administrative experience and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. You will also have previous experience of working with financial processes and procedures and be used to working with confidential information.
