An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join the Estates Directorate. The role of the Estates Directorate is to support the University of Hull mission statement and ensure that we are sustainable in environmental, social and economic terms as well as being efficient, and represent value for money, with both carbon management and space efficiency being key factors. The department offers a range of services including Estates Management and Development, Maintenance, Cleaning, Portering and Security and is responsible for a range of over 71 University buildings both academic and residential totalling over 150,000 square metres.

Working alongside a wider administrative team within Estates, the Senior Administrator will provide professional and efficient personal administrative support to the Director and Assistant Directors of Estates. This will include servicing large committee meetings at board level, diary management, agenda preparation, organising meetings and minute taking. Professionalism and exceptional organisational and communication skills are a requirement. The Estates Directorate is a fast paced, customer focused working environment and the ability to manage a large workload and meet tight deadlines is also essential. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with senior management teams, students and a wide range of colleagues.
