Laboratory Technician (MED426017)

An opportunity has arisen in the School of Medicine for a full-time laboratory technician. The purpose of this role will be to provide technical support and assistance to technical and academic staff, researchers and undergraduates within the Division of Clinical Neuroscience. To enable and ensure the safe and effective operation of research, teaching and laboratory activities.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a good standard of education evidenced by up to 5 GCSEs or equivalent, including maths and English, or experience in a relevant role.

An understanding of Health & Safety regulations and procedures, plus experience in a laboratory environment would be desirable. 

This is a full time, permanent position. Job share arrangements may be considered for this post.
