An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources department for an experienced HR Systems Support Officer. The role will primarily play a key part in supporting the HR & Payroll Systems Team and the impacts to our systems resulting from the University’s 10 year plan, as well as supporting the development and day-to-day maintenance of our HR Systems. 

The successful candidate will have the ability to support large scale organisational restructures within HR Systems, be able to conduct and document systems testing and have an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. Experience of supporting system upgrades, testing and maintaining Organisational structures within HR Systems are also essential.

Experience of using or supporting ResourceLink, ServiceNow or Web Recruitment systems, would be an advantage, as would experience of working within an operational HR environment or Higher Education sector.

Based at Guildhall Square in Southampton this is a modern open-planned work environment with easy access for public transport, shops, restaurants and University Gym. You will be working in a fast paced HR Operations section, challenged and stimulated in a community of HR professionals working together to deliver the best from our HR & Payroll systems.
