About You

Qualified to degree level and with strong technical skills you will be able to work on your own initiative demonstrating flexibility, effective organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be comfortable working as part of a team whilst your communication skills will ensure that you deliver excellent customer care at all times.

You will have experience of providing technical support of PC hardware and software in a networked PC environment along with experience of Microsoft Operating and Office systems and familiarity with a range of software including IDE and web development tools.

About the Role

You will install, configure and maintain software and equipment in computer laboratories, provide practical technical assistance for the learning and teaching activity of the department and contribute to the development and management of an effective learning service.
