We are looking to appoint individuals who reflect our values of inspiration, respect, integrity, excellence, flexibility and self-improvement and teamwork.   Team Bath delivers one of the finest high performance judo programmes in the country led by the highly-experienced coaches’ team, whose international reputation is based on its track-record of developing athletes to achieve their potential on the international stage.    We have close links with the British Judo Association and are one of their designated Pathway Centres.   The successful coach will need to demonstrate the hunger, drive and versatility to increase participation, commitment and standards at all levels of the Programme by working with grass-root beginners through to international judoka.   Interviews will take place in February.
