Description :

Are you a well organised, conscientious and adaptive individual, committed to delivering an excellent service to stakeholders? Are you driven by problem solving, and do you thrive in a changing, busy environment? If so, apply to join our award winning Employability Team.

Due to an internal promotion a fixed term opportunity has arisen in the award winning Employability Team. This is a busy, varied and challenging post which will require a mix of both administrative duties such as managing student placement data, promotion of student opportunities, administration support for lecture and workshop delivery, to complex skills such as reviewing systems and processes and taking personal responsibility for leading on changes and employability projects.

Using your administrative expertise, you will in the first instance complete an end to end review of existing systems and processes in the Employability Team. You will identify, develop and implement new working practices to increase efficiencies in the team, improve data management, data storage, data accuracy and reduce current paper driven processes.

You will work flexibly, moving between areas of work, self-directing and prioritising as necessary to respond to workload peaks to deliver the broad Employability Team offering. This will include acting as a first point of contact for stakeholders providing advice and guidance on a range of employability themed topics and administrative oversight of the placement administration process.
