Psychology is one of three Subject Groups (Psychology, Biomedical Science, Sports Health and Exercise Science) within the School of Life Sciences which, along with the School of Medicine and the School of Health and Social Work sits within the newly formed Faculty of Health Sciences. Psychology has been delivered at Hull since 1928 and is one of the longest established psychology groups in the UK.  We conduct research at the forefront of scientific psychology that has impact on practice in psychology, mental and physical health, cognition and neuroscience. 

Psychology at Hull, along with York, is in the unique position of offering the only integrated clinical psychology doctoral training programme in the UK.  Applications for the Clinical Psychology Training Programme are open only to those students studying on the BSc Psychology undergraduate courses at Hull and York Universities.  

The Subject of Psychology is looking to appoint a .6 fixed term (2yrs) Teaching Fellow to join a successful team to work on a range of courses and to teach across the five core areas of psychology.

The post holder must also be able to demonstrate a breadth of teaching within psychology at undergraduate level.
