Reporting to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Education) our new Director is an important, cross institution leadership appointment that will enhance learning and teaching and provide close and engaged support for faculties in all aspects of programme development and the enhancement of pedagogical practice.  Providing the leadership, motivation and inspiration necessary to drive holistic and collaborative support across the University, the Director will be our leading authority on teaching quality, assessment, review and enhancement. 

With a keen focus on performance and pursuing excellence in all that we do, we are looking for a strong leader to help continue to drive our transformation, working together across the University to achieve Hull’s bold ambitions.  Your technical experience in teaching and learning will be matched by a successful track record in change management, integrating and leading teams and developing structures, systems and processes.
