Part-time Student Support Assistant (N1563)

An opportunity has arisen for a part-time role within the Department of Accounting and Finance for a Student Support Assistant. This opportunity would be suitable for applicants who wish to gain experience of working in a busy thriving department with a high number of undergraduate and postgraduate students and a growing number of degree programmes. This role would support both the undergraduate and postgraduate student offerings, and would be an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a student facing role. Full training will be given and you will work alongside the existing departmental team.  

You should be numerate, have excellent administrative and IT skills, be able to juggle a busy workload, and have an enthusiasm for the role. This varied and challenging role offers wide scope for personal and professional development. 

The role is offered on a 2 year fixed-term, part-time basis (30 hours per week). Hours could be taken over four full days or five shorter days by negotiation.
