The University has transformed the delivery of student administration and support with four new teams working from our newly refurbished Service Centres and dedicated spaces across our UK campuses. Applications from current fixed term contract team members are invited for the role of Student Services Administrator in various roles across our teams.  Working in a busy, dynamic environment, the successful candidates will be highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.

The role offered will part of the UP Central Service Centre team, based in the Trent Building on University Park. The role holder will be a senior member of the team, providing high quality administrative leadership and support to the processes of the student journey relating to events such as open days in the Schools of English and Cultures, Languages and Area Studies..  This role will often require face to face contact with Students, prospective students and academics in the Schools so a high level of customer service experience would be expected. 

Work patterns may fall between the hours of 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.  Given the nature of the roles, there are times when annual leave may be restricted and/or with prior notice, additional working may be required.

This position is based on a full time, fixed-term contract until 31st July 2020.
